Lead a 2 to 3 person maintenance crew delivering high-quality mowing and property care. You will manage daily production, quality, safety, equipment, and customer communication while training and developing your crew.
Perform weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanups, and assist with enhancements like mulch installs and simple plantings. You will work safely, protect customer property, and help deliver a clean, consistent finish on every site.
